A reader of iDownload Blog claims to have emailed Apple's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Phil Schiller. He claims to have gotten a response from Schiller! Apple's executives have been known to respond to emails in the past, so it is very possible that this is true. The explanation is very realistic.
